Adult Climbing Programs

We offer a variety of classes whether you are looking for one on one programs or group programs we have something for you.

Climbing 101

Climbing 101 is a 4 week training program for new or experienced climbers. This one on one program taught by Rudy is an introduction to climbing movement and incorporates a supporting strength and conditioning regime to set you up for success in your climbing journey. This course covers topics such as climbing terminology, hand and foot technique, balance and movement on the wall. Experienced climbers will work on advanced techniques and conditioning to help them break through their current V-grade.

Rising Climber (Adult 18+)

This group program is an introduction to climbing movement to help you work through V1-V3 boulders. This 10 week program with give you a solid fondation to get the most out of your bouldering experience. This course covers topics such as fundamental bouldering techniques, climbing terminology and body awareness off and on the wall.

Ninja 101

Ninja 101 is a 4 week training program for individuals new to ninja warrior. This one on one program is an introduction to ninja warrior and incorprates a supporting strength and conditioning regime to set you up for success in your ninja and fitness journey. This program covers topics such as laches, balance, agility and explosive power.
